Projects & Programs of Harpool PTA
Our mission is to make every student’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
Renaissance Celebrations: Renaissance celebrates honor roll students at the end of each grading period. Students enjoy snacks and receive a reward card.
UIL Hospitality Suites: When needed, Harpool PTA hosts a hospitality suite for UIL competitions.
Reflections: Harpool PTA celebrates Arts in Education by hosting the annual Reflections contest. Participants have the opportunity to advance to district, state, and national levels.
Volunteers: Harpool PTA recruits volunteers for Book Fair and other school events.
Staff Appreciation: From monthly lunches or treats to special events, Staff Appreciation ensures our entire staff is recognized throughout the year.
Longhorn Day: The highlight of the fall semester, Longhorn Day is a festival with booths and games hosted by PTA and the school.
Winter Social: In February, PTA hosts a winter social for all students. It is traditionally a dance held right after school.
Rewards for Education: These programs provide additional fundraising for our programs:
- Grocery Store Rewards (Kroger)
- World Wear Project (clothing donation bin located in the north parking lot)
