Longhorn Day is almost here! Mark your calendars for Friday, November 14! This is Harpool’s biggest event of the year, and Harpool PTA’s biggest fundraiser… and we can’t wait to celebrate with our students, staff, and families.

Pre-Order Your Meal
Pre-order meals are guaranteed! Orders close Tuesday, November 12.
Order online (https://harpoolmiddlepta.org/product-category/longhorn-day/) or pick up a paper order form at lunches next week. Bring cash, check payable to Harpool PTA, or card for purchases during lunch (no phone taps to pay).
A *limited number* of meals will be sold on Longhorn Day (plus prices increase).
No food tickets will be sent home — students who pre-order will receive wristbands the morning of Longhorn Day.
Raffles & Prizes
The more you raise, the more raffle tickets you earn!
Raise $50 → Access to the foam pit
Raise $100 → Play flag football + 6 throws at the dunk tank (yes — dunk Mr. Taylor!)
Prizes range from gift cards to TVs, headphones, and even passes to The Cove!
Raffle tickets will be handed out during lunches starting November 10 and drawings will be held November 17.
On Longhorn Day, there will be an additional 3–5 special prizes — you can enter using any leftover concession tickets from the day.
Why It Matters
This is Harpool PTA’s biggest fundraiser of the year. Our goal: $100,000.
The first $50,000 funds Harpool PTA programs, events, and teacher support.
Anything above that helps us build a new Outdoor Classroom in the courtyard — a sunny new space for learning and connection.
Concessions
Concessions will be open during the event — bring cash or card to buy concession tickets.
All activities are FREE this year — tickets are only needed for food and concessions.
Phones are not allowed during Longhorn Day.
What to Do Now
Customize your student’s fundraising page – add a photo and customize your message. Check your email for a link with instructions (email president@harpoolmiddlepta.org if you don’t find it).
Share it everywhere – social media, text, email – every share helps!
